You can choose to attend for one or two days. The conference fee includes access to both the conference and the trade fair.<\/p>\n

If you have a discount code, for example from your trade union, please enter it in the final step of the registration process under \u2018Summary\u2019. The discount will be deducted from the standard price and applies regardless of whether you choose to attend for one or two days.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

As a visitor to the fair, you\u2019ll have the opportunity to take part in our extensive programme, which includes talks on our open-access stages, training sessions and workshops. You\u2019ll also have the chance to meet the various companies and organisations exhibiting at the fair. Entry to the fair is free, but requires a pre-booked ticket.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

Your tickets will be available for collection when you register on site. Tickets will not be sent out in advance. A few days before e-H\u00e4lsa+MVTe begins, you will receive a text message containing a unique barcode. When you arrive at Kistam\u00e4ssan, simply scan the barcode to receive your personalised name badge, which serves as your entry pass to the conference\/exhibition.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

Conference ticket<\/strong><\/p>\n

Registration is binding, but may be transferred to another person for a fee of 750 SEK excl. VAT. Please contact Live Expo in writing at samhalle@liveexpo.se<\/p>\n

Cancellation cover \u2013 conference ticket<\/strong><\/p>\n

With cancellation cover, you are protected and will receive a full refund of the conference fee if you are unable to attend e-H\u00e4lsa+MVTe due to unexpected illness.<\/p>\n

How our cancellation cover works:<\/p>\n

-Cancellation cover can only be booked online when you register as a conference participant on e-H\u00e4lsa+MVTe and cannot be added at a later date.
-Your participation must be cancelled by emailing samhalle@liveexpo.se no later than 2 hours before e-H\u00e4lsa+MVTe opens on the day your participation at the venue was due to begin.
-Cancellation cover is personal; for group bookings, each individual must order cancellation cover for it to be valid.
-To apply for a refund of the conference fee, you must be able to provide the original medical certificate. The refund applies only to the conference fee; it does not cover travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in connection with your participation in e-H\u00e4lsa+MVTe.
-The cost of cancellation cover is non-refundable. Cancellation cover does not apply to cancellations made due to medical examinations, operations, treatment and\/or hospitalisation that were planned before you booked your place at e-H\u00e4lsa+MVTe.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
